Registration Information

The success of the Conference has been tremendous and we have now reached our facilities' full capacity. Unfortunately, Conference organizers are suspending registrations as of this time.
The conference will be held at the Montréal Marriott Chateau Champlain Hotel, ideally located in downtown Montreal.

Secure Online Registration:
WCSJ 2004 encourages delegates to use our handy and secure online registration form. Please note that this method is only available for payment by credit card (MASTERCARD or VISA).

NOTE: Due to increasing credit card frauds, registrants who submit a card number belonging to another person (credit card from another party) will be asked to submit a photocopy of the card and a written permission by the original cardholder.

By Mail / Courier: Delegates may register by mail, by downloading the Registration Form below, and once completed, post it with full payment to the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds (less a 25% administration fee) will be granted to delegates unable to attend, provided written notice is received by the Secretariat on or before September 15, 2004. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2004. All approved refunds will be issued after the Conference.
