TRAVEL GRANTS FOR ASIAN SCIENCE JOURNALISTS. 10 JOURNALISTS SELECTED.

The World Federation of Science Journalists (WFSJ) has selected 10 journalists to learn data journalism skills and who will receive a travel grant to attend the 9th World Conference of Science Journalists (WCSJ) Seoul, South Korea & Post-WCSJ tour to Fukuoka, Japan. 

This travel grant is part of the Science journalism COOPeration (SjCOOP) Asia, a flagship project of the WFSJ. SjCOOP's goal is to build the professional capacity of journalists in Asia in the field of health, environment, energy, agriculture and other science and technology issues.

The WFSJ received a total of 40 applications from in total 9
Southeast or South Asian countries. The following 10 journalists will receive a travel grant to attend the workshops.
