Science Journalism’s Dream Team

The World Federation of Science Journalists is extremely proud to present the international team of mentors that will lead the second phase of its flagship project, SjCOOP.

SjCOOP is a three-year training program with multiple components, but its core activity is two years of mentoring in science journalism offered to African and Arab journalists keen to become science journalists.

We hope to discover those 60 journalists in the coming weeks (the deadline for becoming a SjCOOP mentee is 24th April 2010). One thing is already sure: we have found the mentors!

We will soon post follow-up articles providing more details on this unique team of some amongst the best science journalists from Africa, the Americas, the Arab World and Europe.
